Meditation is to understand the life totally by observing oneself objectively in the daily life, in that objective observation, one is able to understand oneself deeply.
Meditation is the total understanding of fear, love, pleasure, pain, desire and death, it covers the whole field of life; the deep understanding transforms the mind, and all the challenges are no longer relevant.
The media influence has brought about the widespread misunderstanding of meditation, in other words, the media generates the gossips about meditation; to understand what is meditation is to understand oneself; one cannot rely on gossips to understand oneself.
Meditation is usually associated only with breathing methods or other exercises, and it is easy to mistake meditation as a tool or method from a utilitarian view, feeling like meditation is helping one achieve something; but the true meditation is living fully at this moment without being carried away by thoughts. All the thoughts need re-examining including the utilitarian view the mind can be easily conditioned to.
A meditation session is to facilitate attendees to objectively observe the thoughts and inquire into the self with the guide from the teacher Cico; and being able to do so needs one's diligence and patience, and one session or a few sessions are not enough practically, and that's why this plan has 44 weekly sessions through the year to really accompany attendees to see the change.
